This was a great location. There is a gorgeous coral reef directly in front of the house with lots of fish and we typically saw turtles too!

Two stars because the staff were kind and understanding. This was not a pleasant place, and we cancelled our reservation and moved to a different location after one night. The house was filthy and poorly maintained. Location was far from the center of Dauin down an unlit, unpaved road. No washer was available, and one AC was broken. The host was unresponsive on AirBNB and I had to track down their contact information in order to arrange transport and access. Food was mediocre and service was glacial, and there were no nearby options easily accessible. Not sure what the earlier reviews found so good about this space - I have stayed in far better spaces.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen. Das Korallenriff liegt direkt am Strand. Es ist Schnorelausrüstung kostenlos erhältlich. Es liegt direkt neben einer Tauchschule. Fahrten zur traumhaften Insel Apo Island direkt vor Ort buchbar. Immer gerne wieder. Dauin ist eh eine tolle Location. Auch Ausfahrt nach Forest Camp bei Valencia gut machbar. Hausherr sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Essen direkt am Strand mit herrlichem Meerblick möglich. Günstiges Breakfast, Lunch und Dinner von der Speisekarte. Auch Karaoke möglich. Immer gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert. Gruß Malte mit Familie (10 Personen) aus Berlin. 👋😊

Awesome place to stay with family, everyone enjoyed hanging out in and around the beautiful beach house. Beach was very nice and peaceful this place is a gem hidden within another gem :) Will be coming back next year or maybe around December :) Thank you to Yancy and Boris for their kindess. Boris always brought us fresh pan de sal each morning which was very tasty. There was also another kind staff member but i dont remember his name very beautiful place would recommend to family and friends.

Between Boris and Yancy they have it covered.. couple them with their staff and the intertwined dive shop and I wish it was my house. No questions unanswered (and no answers of "I don't know" that is so common these days).... great directions, good food and great company.... safe to say we made new friends whilst we were there. I give it 2 thumbs up, recommend it if you want laid back yet efficient, and would return if I'm in the area.
