My stay at Brett and Nova’s studio unit was perfect! I am moving to town and this location was close to my new office making it nice to get to know the neighborhood. The unit has a new Casper bed (super comfy) and a well appointed kitchen! We had several hard rains and everything was warm and dry. I had an issue (minor) and Brett was very responsive. This is a great place at a good value!!

Great studio with very comfy bed, high end linens and towels, and stand up desk. Brett provided lots of kitchen tools and nice extras. Convenient location and very walkable.

Thank you Brett!! I stayed at Brett's place for a month while I house hunted in Santa Barbara. His place was perfectly as described and was such a lovely place to call home for awhile!

My husband and I booked a week at the studio. The location is fantastic, and the off street parking was very welcome. Unit is just as pictured, with everything you need in a compact and efficient layout. For a long term stay, the one thing you might miss is having a dining table or counter top to eat at; however, the top of the coffee table pops up to provide an eating space that is comfortable for one and workable for two people who like each other. :) Street noise is modest despite proximity to highway. Linens and bed were great, and high speed internet was really appreciated. One other bit of guidance: this is quite similar to another unit Brett has. If you're choosing between them, this one has a sit-stand desk and the coffee table, whereas the other has a desk built into the wall and no coffee table. So you have a bit more furniture in this one, but the tradeoff is there is less open floor space. They are equally nice, though!
