Sophie was a fantastic host! She called before our arrival to ensure we had the correct directions and was responsive to our messages! Sophie ensured we felt at home and the small touches of fresh flowers did not go unnoticed. We had met Sophie who was kind and helpful and she had even brought us a bottle of fizz as we mentioned our reason for the trip was a birthday trip away. You can walk outside the property and pick up 2 walking trails which was ideal for the our dog. The amenities in the property were clean and modern and everything we needed was there! It was extremely handy to have a washing machine and dryer downstairs as-well as an airer in one of the cupboards for our hiking gear. Over all the property was peaceful and we had a pleasant stay.

Myself, my wife and our 2 children stay here at the start of April for 3 nights. What can i say other than, amazing ! We didnt want to leave 😊. What a beautiful apartment it is. We've never stayed in such a well equipped property. The kitchen has everything you need and more, with so much space. The bathroom is excellent, with the massive bath and the shower was amazing. Beds are very comfy and rooms spacious. The view from the property of the River Mint would never get boring. We would definitely return to this apartment without hesitation 😊 Highly recommended.

Great apartment in lovely, peaceful surroundings. Lovely views of the river. Very clean and spacious . Well equipped. Nice walks from the door for dogs. Good location for accessing the Lake District.

Lovely place by a river, close to Kendal's amenities. Sophie was very responsive and very helpful in delivering some birthday presents!

Great stay at Sophie’s beautiful apartment. Right on doorstep of lakes and hikes with conveniences of Kendal nearby.
