This gorgeous place to stay is perfect for group trips. Walking distance to neighborhood dock where locals like to kayak and paddle board. Less than a mile from Wilton Drive. A quick 10 min drive or Uber to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Fort Lauderdale beach. Close to restaurants and lounges. You get one free parking space on premise. Unique, newly renovated, modern space. It's bright, spacious and cozy located in a great neighborhood.

Despite reading positive reviews, I was definitely left disappointed. This place lacks super basic amenities. There was no trash can in the bathroom, no dish towels to dry your dishes, there were wine glasses yet no wine opener, no scissors, there wasn’t even a single hook to hang wet towels on, etc. I reached out to the host regarding this and they ended up sending me what was needed for my one week stay. Although the host was responsive, there were many other issues that occurred during our stay. There were no outlets next to the beds, the lamps on the bedside tables weren’t even plugged in. Instead, the cords were left dangling and unplugged. Not ideal considering this was the only source of light in the bedrooms. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall more than once. The refrigerator leaks water all over the top shelf (we had to put a bowl to catch it from spilling further). There’s a massive tear in the couch cushions and overall the place smells of weed and cigarettes.

I loved this place. It was as listed and was able to check in 30 mins later after my prior listing failed. It felt like home was clean and quiet neighborhood for nice evening walks. Will book again.
