Joe is a wonderful and gracious host. He is responsive, communicative, and friendly. We stayed in his basement apartment for two months and he made us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment is clean, private, and comes just as described in the listing. It's located in a nice neighborhood with trails, stores, and restaurants nearby. We visited all of the local reservoirs and creeks - gorgeous! The location is great if you like outdoor activities such as walking, running, or bicycling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and give a high recommendation!

For Aurora this location is great. Anything you need is right near by. The apartment has all the amenities you can think of and plenty of storage in the room itself. Bed is comfy and I enjoyed staying here long term. Would recommend.
