Carlos was a fabulous host! The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and there was plenty of space to chill in the common area or the private bedrooms. The dogs in the back were friendly and quiet. There were rabbits and squirrels in the calm neighborhood. It's near to grocery stores, drug store, panaderia, ice cream shop, and coffee. Host was responsive to our needs and we enjoyed the place a lot. Our family loved it and we would stay here again!

We didn’t stay long only one night, but everything was good, we slept well and Carlos responsive and gave good information
Our group and I were only passing through, but this was the perfect pit stop for us to get some rest. The area felt private and safe. The home was well stocked, clean and everything was neatly labeled.
Thanks Carlos! He was a great host even helping us with sending pictures of what good street parking would be with a 16’ truck and car towed. We would stay here again!

The demographic is mostly elders. Very calm and little to no traffic street. Local Parks and Schools at Walking Distance, including all afformentioned stores. Sunrise and Sunset are worth the wait while you enjoy the smell of the great Colorado Outdoors.
Overall, self transport is mostly required but fair and easily accessible alternatives below.
Home is located 10 min away from the RTD Lightrail station, which can take you anywhere into and around the city for a daily pass of 8 dollars. Usually arrive to destinations within 15 minutes - 2 hours, depending on the amount of stops.
