The house was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. There was plenty to do in the area and Dawn's house provided a wonderful base for us.

The house was very spacious, well furnished and decorated. There was also loads of really useful storage for peoples belongings and dog stuff. Secure good sized garden that felt very private despite being next to a road. All in all a very comfortable and relaxing few days.

We had a lovely stay at Ivy Cottage. Plenty of space. Safe and secure garden for the children and dog and private parking. Comfy and clean beds. Great location for visiting the area. The property is set on the main road through Skipsea so there was quite a bit of traffic noise but it didn’t bother us too much. We had a fantastic few days. Thank you.
