When we booked Lydia’s Airbnb we were very excited to stay in such a beautiful place. When we got there we noticed right away how clean and modern the place was so we felt right at home. The view was breathtakingly beautiful. Collin and Lydia are incredibly friendly, funny and knowledgeable hosts. They kindly shared so many interesting things about the area, history, plants and animals with us. We learned many new things and always felt safe knowing that Max (the dog) and the hosts were always close by and ready to help us. Lydia and Collin made our stay in Topaz one to remember. A note to Collin: we will never forget the „bullsh*t“ and all your wonderful dad jokes

Lydia and Colin are just amazing people. Very friendly, helpful and entertaining. Seeing the cows come in from the beautiful lush pastures is a sight to be seen. The Hut is really a luxury small house. We have enjoyed the stay there. Sophia, David, Jay, Argus and Bubbles

A wonderful stay at the Early Diggings Hut celebrating our anniversary. No phone reception and no wifi here, just 360 degree views of rolling hills, cows and mountains, set to the chorus of the Kookaburras. Settle in with that book you've been meaning to read for months, dust off your board games and truly unplug. Friendly hosts Lydia and Colin also have a wealth of knowledge regarding the history of the surrounding area. We loved sitting around the fire each night which Colin kindly built for us and toasting marshmallows kindly provided by Lydia! We will definitely be returning, thank you again
