Dayans place is great. We stayed here with our two toddlers and there was plenty of space. the neighborhood is close to a lot (ie walmart, target, publix, fast food) as it is right of Dale Mabry which made it easy to run quick errands when a longer trip would have been a hassle. the space is updated and the beds are pretty comfortable. plenty of towels which was nice as we didnt have to cycle through a set of 3-4 towels on continuously be washing them. they kitchen has all the tools you need to make small meals or quick snacks and having a washer/dryer was great (wish there was detergent on site though). there is a nice otdoor patio that is private and fenced in and is nice to sit outside and enjoy an evening in or your morning coffee. the neighbors are quiet and friendly and there is parking right in front of the unit which is great. overall very happy with staying with Dayan and would stay again in the future!

Great unit, closed to shopping, beaches and downtown, quiet neighborhood. Clean house with all necessary for cooking in the kitchen.
