Such a sweet little spot in Kona! Loved the location as we could walk to everything and not have to worry about paying for parking downtown. Especially thought the courtyard pool area was charming. The beach chairs, boogie boards, and cooler bag provided made our beach days extra easy. The beds were comfy, even the pull out couch bed! Thanks Dan and Kristen!

The condo is a short walk from restaurants & shops along the main drag in Kona (walk down the path between the buildings away from the reception and you get right to Ali’i Drive. This took us a couple of days to figure out). The grounds are beautifully lush with palm trees and flowering shrubs. Several supermarkets are a three minute drive from the condo. It was very easy to get in and out of the unit as the entrance is directly from the small parking lot in front where we never had a problem finding a spot. The unit feels private. The complex has a laundry room and a nice outdoor pool most of which is quite deep (6’-7’). My kids are excellent swimmers, so the depth was not a concern for us. Kristen is an excellent communicator. We enjoyed our stay.

Very impressed with the space and location! We didn’t realize beforehand, but there was a well taken-care of cat colony living on the premises, super cute. The location was great and the space suited our needs perfectly. Thank you!

didn't stay long enough here, between the location in kona town and how comfortable the unit is. mattress on the king bed was perfect. ate all meals on the lanai. we wolill stay here again.
