This place is one of the very few places where you can find a swimming pool in Sofia. Lubo is a very good host and was very helpful for us to find the place, check in, and was always fast in responce time. He had described everything from the beginning and the house was clean, organized and prepared as pictured in the photos. This place is indeed a big gem where you can find peacefull time, relax by the pool which is heated by a controlling system and you can swim whenever. The house was tidy and spacious and had everything described in the amenities section. With 2 king beds, 2 singles beds, couch downstairs and a small bed in the kitchen are just as much for many guests to fit and have relaxed time there! We enjoyed our time there and sure it will be our first choice again if we decide to go for summery vacations! Just a tip, it will be better to have or rent a car to visit the house as the road which the bus leaves you it needs around 5-7 minutes walk.

This place is an absolute little diamond of a find. It was a little tricky to locate as my sat navigation took me to the wrong place, but Lubo and the local people was extremely helpful. Peaceful, calm, we came with our 4 children and it was simply perfect. I also could see me coming alone with my laptop! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This place is great. We just wanted to relax and this was the perfect place - the garden is gorgeous, the pool is a delight on a hot summer day, the house has everything you need. It's close enough to Sofia to be able to explore by public transport, even easier if you have a rental car. Lubo was warm, friendly, communicative in English and couldn't have made it any easier to stay there. We've stayed in lots of great places through Airbnb and this place has shot to right near the top of the list. Wonderful.

we escaped from the city to a quiet and private place. The host was really kind and responsive. The place was even more beautiful than the photos and fully furnished. we enjoyed everything and I'm sure it won't be the last time Thank you for your hospitality😊 I recommend it for sure 💜💞

We had a beautiful couple of days here outside of Sofia looking down on the city. Lovely pool, lovely hosts, lovely surroundings.
