You don't have to bring anything, not even a toothbrush. Everything you could ever need or want is already there. They probably have things that you wish you had at home. Internet was excellent in all rooms, as were the three TV's. Maybe the only negative thing is that it is on the second floor of the house, so this is not the place for you if you are wheelchair bound. During the week we stayed, we never saw anyone, at any time. It is a smart home. Since we are from Florida, it was a little cold for us in January. I requested a little extra heat and was instantly rewarded within 30 seconds of the request. House rules and instructions, as well as driving directions were given well in advance. You will not be sorry if you book here, we will again.
