Easily the nicest place in Kempsey! Beautiful ‘granny flat’ style accomodation feels very private with its own deck right off the studio style accomodation. Looks out over a beautifully maintained garden and river. Will certainly stay there again!

I’ve stayed twice at Karen’s place over the last few months, while in town for work, and I cannot fault the accommodation and location. Karen and Craig are exceptional hosts - warm, friendly and always responsive - going above and beyond on several occasions. The studio is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view from the back deck is absolutely stunning and a wonderful way to start each day. Thoughtful breakfast foods were also supplied for my stay. I would recommend Karen’s place without hesitation and hope to come back to Kempsey some day, just so I can stay at the studio again! Thanks again Karen and Craig!
