The location is perfect and totally walkable the path closest to the house is a hike over two dunes in the hot sand and the one behind it is a wooden decked walkway, the moon family who owns it seems like caring owners but the group they use to manage the property is lacking. Slow responses and unhelpful. The house needs more clotheslines outside and hooks in the house for towels and bags. Couldn’t use the outdoor shower because the lock was broken upon arrival. But all that being said I would go back to moonshine again. We had 9 people stay, one child, two teens, and 5 adults and we all had our own rooms and private baths! We traveled far to get there, I reached out about what type of kitchen accessories they had- they replied with “a toaster” that was frustrating. Didn’t bring a hairdryer, and I should of, I brought my ninja blender and didn’t need to.. no garbage bags, coffee filters or cleaning supplies. But all said we would rent from them again! Oh and WATCH OUT FOR CACTUSES!!!!!

Moonshine 153 is everything and more that it is advertised to be. Well worth staying here!!!

We loved the house! Nicely furnished and equipped, with easy access to the beach and close to several delicious restaurants. Having multiple master bedrooms was nice for multiple families. We loved the top floor deck! Cheers to a great beach trip. Thanks!

Perfect location. Public beach access walkable, nice wide beach never crowded. Grocery store close by, plenty of restaurants, few shops, ice cream and coffee a bike ride or walk away. We used our credit to rent 4 bikes. Bikes were there on arrival and worked great. House amazing everything you will need or imagine. Kitchen well stocked. Great layout. Space for all to be together or take a break. Love the large kitchen table. Decks very comfortable with shade and comfortable furniture. Hot Tub a nice treat at the end of the day. Highly recommend. Very relaxing.
