The unit is neatly designed and fully-furnished to have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Or just chill, drink a coffee and enjoy the view of the sunrise or sunset on our rooftop overlooking the view of lower Antipolo. Enjoy free parking in the gated garage. 40sqm 2 Bedroom Unit. The interior design has a carefree layers of pattern, texture with relaxing colors. The space is both modern and minimalist, carefully considering the essentials needed for a staycation. The place is ideal for relaxation and chilling out. The living area offers a 32" smart TV with NETFLIX offering unlimited movies perfect for movie marathons. There is a WIFI connection providing unlimited internet connectivity. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate modern living and comfort. The place is easy to find. Very active owner, but for my own opinion I think the rate that we paid is too much with the reality. Compared with I expected, even tho I communicated with the problem with the AC it is not cold enough compared with the other room. Stains all over the metals, to be honest I did expect that we can change towels per day of stay but nah. I think the location itself is renovating. But can reco if you need to a bnb that is near with immaculate of mary church and tanawone.

The unit is huge and has a nice minimalist style. It was clean,has complete utilities and a netflix is a plus. The place is just 10mins away from our training venue which is very accessible to all that you need. Thank you for accommodating us. God bless

This room was nice and clean. The good location made me more satisfied. Peaceful and has access to what i needed. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I had a very good time here. Thank youuuuu

The now, St Michael Spaces - Apartment used to be the St Michael the Archangel School of Rizal handling preschool to Grade 12., a year before pandemic the owner , Ofelia B. Orate retired in 2020 and renovated the building into apartments, wishing a less stressful life.
The location , Melendres Subdivision higher elevation followed to Antipolo City , is a mountainous area which is surrounded by greeneries which can be seen at the rooftop. It is also near Malls like SM Taytay and Robinsons Place Antipolo.
There is a convenience store within 1 block of the area, and several Sari-sari stores (local convenience stores) line the entire street. There is a nearby laundromat a few minutes from our listing. We also have supermarkets nearby like Alfamart and Robinsons Supermarket around 5 minutes away by tricycle or car.
Weather that is moderately colder than Metro Manila and Lower Taytay.
