We are located in the country off a country road on 12 or so acres of quiet private and primitive land. We are 10 minutes from the charming historic lake city of Eufaula for nearby site seeing, shopping and dining. The lake is only a short 10 minute drive in either direction. Let us host a solo, couple, family, or group get together, respite, retreat, vacation, reunion, party or event. We aim to help provide a memorable experience that will take the hassle and stress out of camping that can come with collecting and storing, loading and unloading camping supplies and gear, and not to mention pitching and unpitching your tent. Our complete camping and lodging accommodations for up to 2 people. This tent is setup with a queen memory foam bed. ADD-A-TENT Need a little more room and/or privacy? You can request this add on for one furnished camping tent set up near your main tent cabin includes one deluxe air mattress and bedding. The fee is $40, and a separate invoice will be sent through Airbnb requesting payment. WHAT TO BRING Besides your clothes, groceries, snacks, and drinks, you will need to bring your own towels, toiletries, toothbrushes, soap, ice, charcoal, firewood or fire logs, and any paper goods such as plates. Don't forget the smores making kit! AMENITIES [OUTDOOR]: seating and tables, fire ring/pit and grills [COOKING]: Shared access to nearby outdoor community camp kitchen where you will find basic cooking setup with stove including essentials such as dishes and cookware. You may also choose to borrow items to carry back to use and cook privately back at your site. Propane and butane stove available, portable gas and charcoal grills, Traditional and Keurig style Coffeemaker (Please return and clean all items used.) [WATER]: Access to potable water via 3-5 gallon jugs with nearby water spigot for refilling near the camp kitchen [ELECTRIC]: There is an electrical outlet for charging and powering lamps, fans, heaters, laptops, cell phones, and other small electronic devices. [BATH HOUSE]: Your site will come with its own clean and private portable bathhouse tent with portable RV style flush toilet, handwashing area, and portable shower system. You will also have access to the campground’s shared off-grid bathhouse with a hot water shower and our hygienic bag system commode toilet. Please assist and supervise your children to use facilities. [INTERNET]: We currently do not have WIFI; however, our location has good cell phone reception. Please feel free to bring anything that will help to meet your needs for comfort and safety. ONSITE ACTIVITIES AND GAMES Camping, Cooking out, hiking and walks, Nature watching, star gazing, ATVs are welcomed! We also have outdoor games and many board and card games available in advance upon request for you to enjoy during your stay. PET POLICY Please act responsible and clean up behind your pet. Please do not leave them unattended inside the tents, and never allow them on the beds, linens, or pillows. When other campers or guests are around, all pets must be on leash unless you come to an understanding amongst yourselves. We charge a flat pet fee of $15. [DISCLOSURE] This is a rustic outdoor camping experience in a primitive and rural environment in nature and may not be well-suited for everyone. Our trees are very small and immature. We have plans to upgrade our amenities and to improve our infrastructure in the near future. There is a risk of an encounter with insects (ants, mosquitoes, bees, wasps, ticks, and other), native wild animals and other wildlife, vegetation, uneven and unlevel soil and grounds, exposure to the elements, and weather related discomfort and events like power outages that may pose harm to your health and safety. Please always exercise caution, use insect repellant, supervise your children and pets, watch where you step and wear proper footwear and appropriate clothing, as well as use lighting at night. While we understand that you might become uncomfortable by these unpleasant encounters, No refunds will be provided.
