Our stay at Renee’s place was great! She was great at communicating and check-in was easy. The place itself is a good size and close to Salt Lake City and Park City. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The place has great kitchen amenities and utensils, and there is even a grill outside. Having a washer/dryer was a plus, too. And the backyard has a great view of the mountains. The only downside (for us) was that the guest bed is very, very firm. We added the comforter topper and that helped a little bit, but not much. Other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay. Would recommend.

We had a nice month-long stay, with a few minor problems. Upon moving in the space had a few places that were a little dirty, particularly the kitchen. Fridge and freezer were not cleaned, and some plates had stains. The air vents were dirty. Not terrible, but something to note. For a month-long stay the kitchen and its cookware felt a little old and not of the highest quality, but it was a usable kitchen and had almost all of the supplies we needed. During the warm weather days we noticed some bugs in the space. Great wifi. Quiet. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The dryer dries slowly, but still works. Main living space is nice, as was the couch that could recline. Cool views of the mountains from the upstairs window. We found the location really close to a lot of things we value like the gym, grocery store, and outdoor activities.
