Overall the Airbnb was just what we needed, as a party of 7 for a weekend trip away to a wedding. Rachael's messaging was quick and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the spacious communal areas and bedrooms are as described. Unfortunately, my review is down to 4* due to lack of communication about a damp issue (only told about once we arrived at the property).

Rachael's place was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable, in a pleasant and quiet setting with views across a field to the Cathedral. It was easy to park there, yet only 8 mins walk from the centre of Arundel. The latter was a big plus, as it can be tricky to park in the centre of town itself. Rachael was a friendly and helpful host.

This house was perfect for our group (a few adults and a few kids) - it was spacious and clean with every thing we needed. We felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked and the my thoughtfully left bread/eggs/milk for us which went down a treat. The beds were super comfy and the rooms nice and clean. Our kids loved all the toys! They had such fun! We will def be staying here again, given the chance.
