Adam's place was nice, warm and clean, functional and ideal for 1 or 2 people. The area felt safe too. Adam is very friendly and responsive, and his instructions made check-in quick and easy. I will definitely recommend Adam's place to friends visiting Birmingham, and I would for sure go back there myself.

Overall it was a good stay.. but there was a few things that could have been better the rooms did not look how it was advertised on the website for the price I paid I would have expected something abit better there were tooth brushes in the bathroom which were just left there missing light bulbs and the bed was very uncomfortable also the other guest that were staying they were extremely loud music on blast the walls are very thin so you can hear everything as I say they can be some improvements made as the rooms have the potential.

Overall Adams place was okay for what we wanted it for. However when we arrived the carpeted area didn’t seem as if it had been hoovered, the crockery had hair in it and the bathroom floor was really dirty. The facilities listed were all provided and worked properly, however the listing says that there is a bath which there is not. I was mostly disappointed with the hygiene because apart from the bedsheets being changed and the toilet bleached, everything else was dirty. I won’t be staying here again but what I will say is if the apartment was cleaned properly I would have been happier during my time there.

Perfect for our 1 night stay in Birmingham. Clean, comfortable and stylish, would definitely stay again if in Birmingham.
