Beautiful space with a great kitchen, nice bathrooms and a lot of thought and care that has gone into the design and function of things. Central heating works great but the fireplace is the star of the show.

Bill's place exceeded our expectations in every way. The kitchen is impressively well-stocked, featuring everything from premium stainless steel cookware to a cast iron skillet and every utensil imaginable. All the kitchen appliances are new and top-notch, contributing to a very pleasant cooking experience. The open-plan kitchen and living room, with their vaulted ceilings, create a spacious and welcoming area, enhanced by a fireplace that heats the space beautifully. It's clear a lot of thought and care went into making this place feel like home. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bill's place felt right at home - because we share similar aesthetic tastes! We renovated a home and used all the same appliances, wireless speakers, and nest thermostat lol. His place is private, updated, and comfortable. Plenty of charging devices throughout. We had the misfortune of driving up during another storm so no delivery services were working. He had enough staples in the kitchen for us to use without having to go to the store. My only recommendation is a bigger bed in the upstairs loft- that room is huge and can easily accommodate a bigger bed! If you care for this, bring your own coffee, maple syrup and/or honey, and body lotion (recall we didn't go shopping). His place is also a bit off the main road from downtown Truckee (also if you care). Overall lovely stay!

We loved our stay at Bill‘s place. The entire rental is extremely well maintained and he has thought of all of the details needed for a great Tahoe trip. We particularly appreciated the well laid out kitchen as well as the heated bathroom floors. There were ample linens and everything was well labeled! Note to other travelers: if you have trouble (as we did) without cell service at the door please notice the QR code up on the door that allows you to access the Wi-Fi. This will facilitate your entry to the house.

Our family had a fantastic ski weekend at this cabin, which exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions and attention to detail from our host made our experience hassle-free and truly enjoyable. Its perfect location allowed us easy access to the slopes, making it an ideal retreat after a day in the snow. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone seeking a memorable getaway, and we're grateful to our host for such a wonderful stay!
