The most culturally enriching experience you can get. Dr. Yassen was extremely accommodating and very nice. A very genuine person. Treated us like his kids. He knows a lot of people and has ins at certain places and can get you good prices. Make sure to have him give you his tours, he’s very knowledgeable and knows all of the good spots for very reasonable prices. The apartment is very stylish and has a view of the pyramids with a huge rooftop. More than enough space. If you are visiting Egypt, make sure to book a stay with him!

O Espaço de Yassin( apartamento) é amplo, muito confortável, climatizado, internet Wi-Fi rápida. Amei demais meditar na grande sala lindamen decorada e com varanda de frente para as Pirâmides de Giza, ambiente perfeito para a prática de meditação

I did not have a good experience with Yassin. The apartment is not bad but the tours that he does are very expensive with respect to what you visit. He charged me $ 100 for the one day tour and he told me that price included everything (transportation, tour guide, tickets and meals), however, many of the places that I visited with him do not have to pay tickets and places where you must pay, the tickets are very cheap (for example the pyramid ticket cost you 80 egyptian pounds, which are like $ 4.50). Meals is only breakfast and lunch, when I asked him if it was possible that dinner was not Arabic food, he told me that dinner was not included but that near the apartment I could walk and find places where I could buy my dinner. Another aspect that I did not like was that Yassin imposed on me what kind of food to eat. Egypt is a very cheap country, especially in food, so I asked him if he could vary the menu for a pizza (the cost of a pizza is $ 5) because I did not like egyptian food and he said no, the answer was "that arabic food is perfect". Besides most of the time I had to eat in his car or in his office, the only time we ate elsewhere was at a restaurant in the desert but I also had a bad experience. I told him that I wanted to take a Coke very cold because it was very hot and he told me that the drinks were not included in the tour, so I told him that I needed to go a supermarket to buy my drink beacuse I only had credit card and dollars and his answer was: "if you want you can take water from my bottle". My opinion is that if he knew that I was very thirsty and after I paid him $ 100, buying me a coke or at least a bottle of water is the least I would have expected from good customer service. Obviously I did not accept that and I had to take some hot water that I had in my bottle that I had from the morning. On the second day I asked him to take me to a place with a good view of the Sphinx to take pictures because we went to the pyramids, that part of the Sphinx went very fast and he told me that from the apartment I had a very good view. I also asked him to take me to Jan el-Jalili (in Cairo) and he refused. On the other hand, in AirB & B indicated that the apartment had internet, but when I asked him for the internet, Yassin told me that we could go to his office to connect to the internet for a few minutes because the device had taken another guest and up the next day he could give...
