This stylish 4 bedroom house is ideal for family and groups on holiday or short break in the UK. The house has recently been refurbished throughout - new kitchen, bathroom and redecorated. Located in great location 10 mins walk to Lee Train Station. From there it is 15 mins on train into central London. Nearest DLR station (Lewisham) is accessible via bus or Lee This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Both historic Greenwich and Blackheath are easily accessed by public transport Please note the house is rented as an entire house. The house consist of 3 double bedrooms, 1 single room and 1 sofa bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

Good home, located out of Greenwich but was sbout £10/15 for taxi into bars/restaurants. Key lock great.

A very spacious house & within five minutes of where we needed to be - would definitely stay again - I would just say you need Prosecco glasses in your cupboard Thank you

Thank you for hosting us in your house, Dawn, and to Natalie who was our contact during our stay. The house is bright and airy, and in a quiet location. It was the perfect place for me, my daughter, and her bridesmaids to get ready for her wedding. The house accommodated us all easily, and the kitchen / dining room was a great place to congregate for hair and make up. The weather was glorious so we opened the patio doors into the garden too. We had a successful stay and Dawn thoughtfully allowed us a late check out the day after the wedding. Thank you so much for having us!

The place matches with the description. The kitchen, room and bathroom are clean. The only complaint I have is the capacity, it said 9 people but 7 would be more reasonable. Oh and the location is bit far, it takes about an hour to downtown, transportation cost can add up easily. Overall, we slept well, very quiet neighborhood, if you don’t mind the two points above, this is a great place to stay.

Lovely quiet residential neighbourhood in Lee SE12. Minutes from central London via train and Blackheath, Greenwich, Lewisham, Bromley and other surrounding areas by various buses. The local park is 10 minutes walk, with larger parks in the famous Greenwich Park and Blackheath only minutes on a bus.
Please note that the house cannot be used for any parties, stag or hen nights. Amplified music is also forbidden.

Public transport is readily accessible. Lee station is 5 minute walk and a train from there takes 15 mins into central London. Local bus stops are 5 minutes walk where you can catch a bus to Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Blackheath and other locations. The house is really in an ideal location for getting around London and Kent.
