We had a great time in this Berkeley Springs Airbnb celebrating my daughters 18th birthday. The house is comfortable with all the basic necessities. The girls LOVED the hot tub.

Went for a short weekend trip. My family had a great time. This is at a great location directly across the street from Cacapon resort state park. The neighborhood is nice and very safe. The house is also very cute and my son especially loved the spiral staircase to the loft. I would definitely go back here. The bathroom sliding door in the bathroom the two rooms share was difficult to open and close and got stuck once. Also, I think some of the kitchen items needed to be updated. We only did light cooking but all the pans were scratched and there was an oven pan that was completely unusable. Also the refrigerator looked like something pink had leaked and was not cleaned. Otherwise the bedroom and bathrooms seemed clean.

We had two families come together with small kids and wanted to find a place where we can not only relax but feel at home to play outside and have enough space inside to hang/lounge around. Roberts place did just that! We will truley remember the memories we had there this weekend . Everything was just as described.

Our stay met all expectations. Communication was stellar leading up to and during our stay. We did a walk thru upon our arrival, sent a few notes, and almost immediately heard back to confirm everything. The place was wonderful and we had no issues at all.

Cacapon State Park was gorgeous and very well kept. The house was right across the road and made it really easy to go over and hike. The hot tub was great and a highlight to the weekend! We’ll be back!
