In the historical center of Santiago de Cuba, 3 minutes walk from the Central Park, bank agencies, exchange houses, Casa Granda Hotel, Trova House, Cathedral, City Hall, House of Music, Don Diego Velazquez’s Museum, and other interesting places. Jesus Perez Castro’s Casa Particular is located in the historical center of Santiago de Cuba city, at just 3 minutes’ walk from the Central park named after Céspedes, three bank agencies, two exchange houses (CADECA), Casa Granda Hotel, The Trova House, The Cathedral, The City Hall, The House of Music, The City Scale-Model, Don Diego Velazquez’s House-Museum, and other sightseeing places of cultural and historical interest in the city. Ours is a family’s house, in which two guest-rooms are available for rent with thorough privacy for the customers, two air-conditioned rooms, with two beds in each, a wardrobe, a balcony and a big window very aerated. Each one has its private bathroom with cold-hot shower, a laundry place, a minibar, and an entire privacy. The house has a top terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Santiago de Cuba’s Bay and the Historical Center of the city. I can speak English and I have worked on the room-rental business since 2004.

パルケセスペデスから歩いて5分、清潔でプライバシーが充分にある快適な宿です。家主のヘススは親切ですが干渉し過ぎず、私達は自由に滞在を楽しむことが出来ます。家と部屋の両方の鍵を使えるので気兼ねなく外出出来ます。朝食は涼しい屋上で食べることも出来ます。サンティアゴデクーバの山々や港が一望出来ます。たくさんのライブハウスがある中心部から数分の場所なので帰りが遅くなっても安心です。部屋は通りの角にあるので朝は早くから街の音がします。静かな環境を期待する人には向いていないかもしれません。私は今年を含めてもう4回、このカサに泊まりました。また次回サンティアゴに行くチャンスがあれば、またここに連絡するでしょう。
Agradable estancia en casa de Jesús que incluso nos llevó a que pudiéramos recoger nuestro coche de alquiler el cual estaba al otro lado de la ciudad. Un gran anfitrión sin duda alguna
We really enjoyed our stay in Jesus's apartment. The location is very central on an interesting street and with only a short walk from Parque Céspedes. The room itself is really nice and the ensuite bathroom has a hot shower with strong water pressure - something I have not realized how much I'm missing after a few days in Cuba, where it otherwise doesn't seem to be a standard. Jesus turned out to be a great help on our trip - he speaks fluent English and helped us immensely with organizing things around the trip. I'm definitely recommending his casa for your stay in Santiago, which is not to be missed!
친애하는 한국인들께 이 글을 본다면 뒤로가기를 누르세요 이 호스트는 매우 싹퉁바가지입니다. 1. When i was arriving at this house, i had a small trouble with taxi driver. Then the host came and he saw my situation. But he didn't help nothing. And i have 1 small backpack, 2 big baggage. Also he didn't carry nothing. So i just walked to 3rd floor with all of my baggage. 2. This house was super noisy. 3. Dinner was little bit expensive. Lobster 15cuc, shrimp 10cuc. It's almost same price in 4stars hotel. 4. I asked him to call a taxi. And then he said 'i have a car, and i can take you' when i pay something, i saw that 10cuc for taxi. ( it's just 1km) it was 5:30 am. And i knew that's hard to take a taxi in that time. But I have no choice 5. Finally. When i check out, also he didn't carry nothing.
