Nice classic B & B within walking distance of William & Mary as well as Colonial Williamsburg! Do take Kathryn up on the breakfast one of the days you are there! You won’t be disappointed! Very Clean and Nice Airbnb! Would stay again!

This cozy B&B is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Williamsburg, VA. The shops and colonial Williamsburg are within walking distance if you wish, but also a 2 minute drive if you want to do so. The homemade breakfast is also a fantastic way to start the day. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I am in Williamsburg.

Kathryn’s place was PERFECT. She was so hospitable and cared so much about taking care of us during our stay. Her place was close to everything, half mile to williamsburg, close to mini golf and many restaurants. The breakfast was also delicious!! We would definitely stay again!

Five stars is simply not enough to describe Kathryn's BNB, I would give her 20 if it was allowed. This is a true Bed and Breakfast with a gourmet home-cooked breakfast - Waffles/Eggs/Sausage/Compote the first day and an excellent Frittata/Almond crossiant the second day, coffee & juice + yogurt and granola I did not get to - served in a dining room on real plates with a full place setting. The century old house is tastefully decorated and clean as a whistle. A level 1/2 mile walk across from William & Mary University to Colonial Williamsburg. Kathryn was friendly, pleasant, & attentive. This is truly a gem and not to be missed if you are traveling to Williamsburg.

We had an amazing time celebrating our mini moon in Williamsburg and staying at Kathryn's place. It was such a beautiful historic house but what really set the accommodations apart was the lovely home-made breakfast we received every morning during our stay. Kathryn goes out of her way to remember small details about her guests and greets you every morning with DELICIOUS food. We hope to come back one day!
