Hiram was not communicating prior to the rental date. Had to seek assistance with the Air BNB. Once there, accessed through double security gates with a series of codes approved by the owners cell. Home is not numbered so had to stay on the phone with the host. Lockbox entry. Home looks just like pictures and is very nice. The first day was a horrid experience due to the mess we arrived to. Bedding was dirty and stained. Looked like mold in all rooms. Smell was moldy and musty. Dead flies/bugs every where. We would have left but was too late to find other accommodations. We spent over $350.00 in bedding, the whole day cleaning and doing laundry. Ready to rest, no hot water! Host communicated well during ordeal. We made the best of our situation. Requested compensation. Host stopped communicating. Still negotiating with Air BNB for at least the minimum of one day refund. Quite fair for what we went through.

Loved this property, I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. It is centrally located, close to several beaches.

This was my third time in PR.. and so far the best house.!!! Excellent location, double gated community.!! The host…!!! What can I said?? I think he was to sleep with the phone at his hands… super quick response.!!! It was my three daughters, my husband and I… we all enjoyed the pool and the complete house.!! We will back for sure.!!!

Hiram saved our trip upon our arrival at our original Airbnb nightmare experience. He was extremely friendly and advised that no one had been in the property for about a month and had some friends go the same night to clean the entire home & ensure it was presentable before we walked in (9pm).He went above & beyond. The property is located in a quiet, double-gated neighborhood. The upside is that you’re safe. The downside is that in order to get through each gate, you must enter a code that calls the owner’s personal phone each time you enter the community so at times you may be stuck waiting for them to answer the call, there are also cameras in common areas & pool area, excluding bedrooms which is a little uneasy but not a huge deal. There is also no washer/dryer/amenities so if you're traveling with kids its a little bit of a headache however we were able to find a local wash/fold & went out to buy beach stuff. Otherwise, the house & experience with Hiram was perfection. 10/10!
