Local tem muitos bares ao lado mas o isolamento acústico é bom o suficiente para nao escutar praticamente nada, tudo certo.

This is a good choice for a short stay if you'd like to be in Pinheiros. It is fairly basic accommodations and limited space, but it was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet during the day with lots of restaurants, cafes, and a market on weekends. Be aware that you are in the heart of the nightlife action and it can get very loud past 2 am, so pack earplugs. There is security always posted at a set of gates to get in, which is great for safety but as guards changed over we had to reintroduce ourselves every day. It's nice that it's a larger building with pool, laundry, etc.
