Its a lovely 3 days 2 night stay. Cosy small apartment fully equipped with essentials . I stayed with 3 kids and cleanliness is something i look for. Walk down and u can find plenty of shops and shambles market. I give a thumbs up for free parking !

Very clean and modern apartment, in the centre of York. Walkable to all York centre landmarks, (Minster, Shambles etc). Having the free dedicated on-site parking was a must for us. The view of the River Foss was enchanting. There are lots of modern touches, bins that open when you wave at them, flexible lights, excellent bathrooms, and so on. We had a doubt about what looked to be low-backed sofas in the listing pictures, but the backs come up and you can adjust the angle, making them very comfortable. The check-in instructions were very clear (they needed to be) but Stays made very sure we had them. We had no issues, so no need to contact them during the stay. Strongly recommend having food at "Spark" nearby, curious food court made from shipping containers, with a variety of street food options.
