We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay in this charming and very spacious farmhouse. It was clean and perfectly appointed for everything needed during our stay (including cooking meals). The modern kitchen and bathroom are a lovely balance to the well maintained and restored older living areas and bedrooms. The fireplace (with plenty of pre cut wood) is perfection as you look out over Chaffey Dam and follow the myriad of bird life. Nundle is a short drive away. We highly recommend a stay at this delightful property. The process of booking and answering questions was prompt and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Bowling Alley Point. We loved the house and property and enjoyed visiting Nundle and Hanging Rock. The house was comfortable and well-fitted out while preserving some of the historic character. We loved it!

We loved our short stay at Cindy’s home. We loved it soo much we were thinking of asking to stay longer. The large living room has a big bay window with seats that overlooks the garden and lake at the bottom of the hill. The kitchen is very clean and modern with updated appliances and a few country comforts in the fridge upon arrival. The main bedroom is very spacious and also overlooks the lake, the other bedrooms are well sized for sleeping accommodation. The bathroom is also newly renovated with walk in shower and washing machine included. I would stay at this accommodation over and over again and possibly not even leave the house, just sit by the window, have a cuppa and read a book. Thankyou again Cindy for having us. Hopefully we can stay again soon

A great space to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Close enough to Nundle to get daily supplies & 45min drive to Tamworth. Old farm house with modern features.
