A Beautiful maintained cute house at end of quiet dead-end street! 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom & 1 sofa bed ✔ Close to UW ✔ U-Village ✔ Children’s Hospital ✔ UW Medical Center ✔ Short walk through Ravenna Park to Roosevelt light rail station ✔ Whole Foods Market, walk to Bus sto, Restaurants and park ✔ Private entrance and Free street parking ✔ Complete and Clean kitchen ✔ Fully fenced deck giving excellent privacy & seclusion. This home is close to 520 & I-5. The house is a little over 1000 sq.ft. Located next to Ravenna Park. ➤ Total 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and comfy sleeper sofa ➤ The unit has fully furnished Kitchen with everything you could need: - Dining room - Cookware - Dishes & silverware - Fridge - Microwave - Coffee maker - Dishwasher We also have: - TV - High speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) - Washer and Dryer (if you need to use wash and dryer, it’s all in one, might take a little more time to finish). The Deck in the backyard is a shared space. about just over one thousand SF, within walking distance to various business districts. I loved this home and found it even more beautiful in person than the pictures allowed. The design elements were an excellent mixture of style and sophistication. This home felt just as you would want your Airbnb - clean, well cared for, thoughtful amenities, chic design, comfortable, and inviting. It was a few minutes drive from where my family member lived, while studying at Univ of Washington. I didn't have time to walk the park which is conveniently accessible close to the home, but hope to do so on my next visit.

The house is next to Ravenna Park, It’s a very private and quiet place. You can go to the park for a walk and walk your dog at any time. It’s very close to neighborhood shop and restaurant, It is a 15-minute walk from Whole Foods, a 17 minute walk to Roosevelt light rail station, a 15-minute walk from Huada North Gate, and a 2-minute drive from University Village.
