Descriptions and photos were accurate. Directions and check in were well written and easy. The steps up to the unit are very steep and small and potentially difficult. The view is ok and there is no parking for the unit so you have to drive around looking for very difficult parking. However, this is clearly explained in the listing. Great location steps from the beach and Mission Bay is a great spot to travel around the San Diego area from. Unit was clean and was well stocked with toiletries and towels.

This was a fantastic cozy spot for our week. Beautiful view, has everything that you need. It is definitely a great place to stay for couples. Check in was easy, and the balcony has a great view! Would love to stay again.

Great stay for myself for a month long rental. No doubt that the proximity to the water and ocean views from the balcony are amazing to have. Can get a bit chilly in early mornings/night but Steve has space heaters to help accommodate. He was helpful in trying to fix problems. Rental is in a great neighborhood that would be perfect for all ages. Space fit me comfortably as I needed to work remotely.

Steve’s place was everything I wanted for my San Diego stay. It was mere steps away from the beach and boardwalk so I could watch the sunsets every night. In the heart of all the action in terms of great bars and restaurants as well as grocery and convenience stores. Also had reliable WiFi for me to work off of and a wonderful balcony to sit and enjoy the scenery. Steve was super communicative, respectful, and amenable. I would definitely stay here again!
