As advertised. Rafael was available if I needed anything but I did not. For the money, if you need to stay anywhere near downtown Hutch, this is your place. Thank you Rafael, I enjoyed my stay. -- john kaphing

the place was freezing something wrong with sink the napkins were dirty no pot set to cook with one frying pan no nightstand in the bedroom had to put my things on the floor one roll of toilet paper no mop or broom NO TV in bedroom TV in living room has only 3 black n white channels NO bath towels or wash clothes it's in a spooky basement I felt like I was in the dungeon
