Feels like home, cozy, quiet! Looking forward to staying again when I come back for a trip!

This place is as-advertised, but what isn't so clear in the photo is that the ceilings are low! This is a basement apartment of a house, and is a perfect little nook to rest after a day in the city or out and about. I would call the kitchen a "kitchenette" rather than a full kitchen. It has a plug in stove, toaster oven, dishwasher, etc. But don't expect to cook big meals in it. The beds are fine, and there's enough for 4 people to sleep comfortably in the 2 beds. There is a couch, but yes, it is infamously uncomfortable as mentioned by other reviews. Do not plan to use it as another place to sleep. It's hard as a rock. Parking is also a little weird if you have a larger car, you can park out front but there may not be space, and the rear driveway is in an alley and is very short. Something like a pickup will not fit. Very good for the cost, great location, and a very good host. Tony was very responsive, proactive, all around very friendly.

Tony provided very helpful information and instructions on his place and was very responsive. The place was immaculate and perfect for our 3 adults, the beds were very comfortable and in two private bedrooms with nice size closets. It was cool during our stay so the gas fireplace and portable heater was appreciated, as were the openable windows when it got a bit warm at times. Very functional kitchen and full size frig & freezer with ice maker as well as a great dishwasher, plus washer & dryer in separate room that has a nice work space as well. Nice quiet neighborhood convenient to many area restaurants, etc. as well as nearby Ravenna Park. Typical Seattle neighborhood parking/street challenges but Tony does have a small space next to his garage available as well. Very comfortable and relatively quiet space that worked well for us!
