So first of all the communication was superb! Months ahead of time I had multiple questions and they responded nearly right away. We had 12 people on this trip and Mrs.Patricia and Betto picked us up up from the SJO and took us for food at a local spot with great food and great view! Betto was full of knowledge about nightlife and offered suggestions and pinned locations for us! The drive was not bad! Secured location, the at the pool breath taking view! They recommended a photographer for me to celebrate my big day. They recommended the adventure day. Mrs. Patricia cooked for us 2 nights the chicken was delicious big hit! We had a problem with the toilets, we alerted Felix who by afternoon called a company who fixed the issues. Also, if I had a complaint it would be the bugs at night! We had hundreds of them! Little Geico’s or Lizards in the house. As city girls that was a bit much! I have posted pics and have already gotten people wanting the info! I’ll book again!

I cannot express how beautiful this estate is. The place FEELS so peaceful, friendly and safe. I held a retreat for 15 people here and Patricia was so incredibly helpful,and responsive. It is immaculate and absolutely worth the price. Patricia cooked wonderful food and the cars were an easy addition— so convenient! It is a drive from most major attractions but there is a cute plaza and big grocery store 20 minutes away. The Choco Tour is phenomenal! It is 100% worth the 30 minute drive and cost. Be advised that the trucks sound somewhat loud on the road below the estate at some hours however, it does not detract from the peaceful atmosphere. The pool was sensational. Pro tip: close the windows and doors at night so the Costa Rican June bugs dont fly in! (But don’t worry, they don’t bite — they’re just clumsy! )

Beautiful place for weddings or family gatherings. Patricia and Felix are the best in making sure all your needs met. The views are amazing as was the delicious meal Patricia made for us. Thank you for everything!

Bella Vista Villa is an absolutely gorgeous property with room to boot for large families/groups, with breathtaking views of surrounding mountains and valleys. Patricia and Felix (the caretakers) embody the friendliness, care and welcoming spirit Ticos (Costa Ricans) are known for. The villa is well appointed, clean, within close distance of stores for all your needs. Our first meal was prepared by Patricia and was so delicious! Shiloh was super responsive prior and during our stay and the details provided were clear and matched all descriptions/expectations. Highly recommend for families and large groups wanting privacy and a relaxing holiday!

Our family of 22 rented all 3 homes on the property, and overall it was fantastic. Beautiful sunsets, clean, looked like pictures, secluded location, and the caretakers were amazing.
