The apartment was spacious and very clean. The location was private and the beach was very clean. The outside area and the building itself could use an upgrade. Overall good experience. I would recommend this place .

The condo was nicely furnished and great location and view of the bay. (It would have been nice to have more than one set of linens per person.) The heat was set quite low and was locked and it was very chilly our first night there. Maintenance was quick and responsive when we called the next morning. The smaller bedroom was not ideal for sleeping two adults. The bunkbeds were not large enough for the adult males in our party. (We had 4 adults in our party.) The refrigerator had not been cleaned at all. The hallway bathroom had hair in the shower. Other than the housekeeping oversights and the heat issue, it was a lovely condo.

Overall the unit was OK but the condo complex was not in good condition in terms of cleanliness - not a knock on owners but more likely the management. Parking was very confusing. Not worth the price compared to other locations where friends we’re staying. Easy access to beach was great.

This condo is lovely. It has a great view of the bay and the kitchen is very well-stocked. There is currently construction going on in the complex, but it didn’t interfere with our vacation. Easy walk to Baja for dinner!
