Nicely furnished, comfortable room near RIT, UofR, Strong Hospital, and airport. Low pricing for longer stays. The room is next to a full bathroom and kitchen on the second floor. The kitchen includes a washer-dryer. It is shared by 2 other rooms on the second floor. Each room has its own refrigerator and cupboard space. The owners have their own kitchen downstairs. Keurig coffee is free. Internet is free.

The place was exactly as described. Michael was friendly and welcoming!!! I would definitely stay there again!!!
I applaud Michael and his wife for allowing me to stay in their home for 6 weeks. The home is quite beautiful with very nice intricate pieces to view including this gigantic clock at the foot of the stairs that he made himself……check in was a breeze and checkout as well. If I had to do it again I would definitely choose to stay here. You won’t be disappointed🙏🏽🙏🏽

My wife Julie and I have been married for 45 years. We own a small watch and clock repair shop. We also sell watches and clocks. My wife has Alzheimer’s and can no longer work. Air BnB helps replace some of her lost income and added medical costs. It is more than that though for us. It provides some social interaction for her as well. I think you will find her a delightful person and she is able to help with providing for the needs of our guests. I have also been pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoy meeting some great people that trust us with their stay in Rochester. AirBnB has been a real blessing for us. Mike Kuyt
