The house has plenty of space and all the amenities. It is close to the expressway to get to anywhere in the Rochester area. The backyard is very large, much enjoyed by our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There are many restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. The house was very clean and prepared for our visit. We've already booked a return visit.

We had a wonderful stay here while attending a dive meet for our son at RIT. Tim and Katie’s home was welcoming and homey and provided our family of 4 plus a pup with a comfortable place to stay. Everything was pristine clean and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic and only 15 min from RIT and amazing dining downtown. Tim and Katie were very accommodating and responsive hosts. As another reviewer said, the pictures are an accurate representation of how the home looks and the space may actually be even bigger than what it seems in the pictures. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area! The sweet touch of the basket of snacks and dog treats were appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
