The Red Barn is a modern 2-level new construction compliment to our 110 year old private residence (Cedar Cottage) in the heart of downtown Rogers. You will have plenty of room in the upper level with an open and spacious living area complimented by the vaulted ceiling, a 50-inch smart TV, a full-size bathroom with a large shower area, a full-size kitchen equipped with all the cookware to make gourmet dinners, and two very cozy bedrooms with top-line beds, linens, and smart tv's in each room. The upper level is a comfortable open space with 2 cozy well-appointed bedrooms, 1 roomy bathroom, a full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and a balcony to enjoy morning sunrises and relaxing sunsets. In addition to the open parking, the Red Barn has a covered car port for a single vehicle, bicycles, or motorcycles. Should you need additional space to accommodate more than 4 people, the Red Barn also has a lower-level 1 bed/1 bath suite that can be booked separately. We will always return to this place if we come back to Rogers. It was definitely the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Also the most rememberable.
Overall, comfort and aesthetics are extremely well balanced & we felt at home within minutes of arrival. Covered parking is an added bonus! The owners are spectacular hosts/neighbors & I genuinely felt like we made two new friends. Convenient walking distance from heart of this cute town to shops, restaurants, museums, including two of our regular favorites, Nola's & Havana Grill. We stumbled upon a new place called Flashback Pizza & Milkshakes...very friendly owners & electric atmosphere! Thank you Kendall & Michael for your kindness & personal care. We look forward to an opportunity to return to the Red Barn.

Wonderful!! Blown away by the quality of our stay. Absolutely the hosts with the most! Beautiful studio above red barn. Amazingly decorated, stocked with anything and everything you would ever need. Local restaurants and activities too numerous to count! Hosts are very friendly and extremely attentive. We will absolutely return!

The Red Barn is located in Historic Downtown Rogers. The town was founded in May 1881 and named after C.W. Rogers. The Red Barn is adjacent to the owner's home which is 110-year old home they call Cedar Cottage. You will always find the owner's sitting on their "Porch of Peace" in the spring and summer.
Downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods are going through major revitalization. You will find homes that were built in the late 1880s.
Downtown Rogers has charming brick-lined streets, the Frisco park with music pavilion, quaint mom-and-pop shops offer a welcoming atmosphere, while the art galleries, unique boutiques, and gourmet restaurants give visitors plenty to shop, taste, and discover.
You can access The Red Barn from two different streets via a connecting driveway. You cannot miss seeing The Red Barn, so it will be easy to find.
