Rohan was an amazing host - very helpful and nice chap for talk to and gives good suggestions and helps with bike rentals or getting a cab or info about nearby places etc. :) Place is quaint and a bit rustic and hence very “live almost like a local vibe” :)

Very nice one bedroom apartment. It is located next to a peaceful beach with fishing boats and a 3 minute walk to a beautiful swimming beach. The bed is comfy, and shower and toilet fine, hot water is available. The apartment has simple furnishing and kitchen is fine for basic cooking. There is a fridge and access to a washing machine. There is a fan and aircon. There are many restaurants nearby. The wifi is ok. We worked from the apartment ok, although did sometimes need our hotspot and a few short power cuts (normal for Goa). The host is helpful, providing a mosquito net and help with our requests.

The place is right in front of the sea giving great view of the sea and calm sounds of sea wave crashing the seashore at night. The place is near to palolem and patnem beach and many restaurants are also in the vicinity of this homestay. Overall stay was very good. The local caretaker Rohan was very responsive all the times and even helped us to arrange a two wheeler. However, the home also needs a few renovations for minor issues to keep it in good shape.

Fantastic view from the terrace of the accomodation and very close to two wonderful beaches. Good standard in the apartment with well working AC and kitchen. Communication with the host was also good. We were very satisfied. Simon and Rani

It was the best stay in Goa till date, with private beach and amazing amenities. We loved the house and even extended our stay there.
