The place is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. I definitely recommend Eric’s place! Clean and the decor is beautiful. A plus is having a washer/dryer in the unit. I will stay again for sure.

Place was clean, very nice decor. Would have like kitchen wash cloths, kitchen towel, and a iron. I liked the place alot, and would stay again.

Very clean. Well-kept, spotless furniture, great smelling linens, everything was clean. Decor was esthetically pleasing. Don't judge the outside before going on the inside. I don't expect anyone to be available 24/7 but they were very responsive to all of my inquiries (even if it was a blurp on my end). Great food recommendations as well (Spezia was top notch!)
