Een prachtig verblijf met een heel mooi zwembad en een hele mooie tuin. Het huis is netjes, de rode wijn en water bij aankomst heel attent van giovanna. We hebben genoten van de uitstapjes in de buurt, waarbij een auto wel noodzakelijk is. Het stadje was ook hee leuk om te bezoeken, elke keer was er wat te doen.

Giovanna and her staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The 3 bedroom shared house is comfortable and has all the supplies you will need for cooking and relaxing. There’s a fabulous pool and gardens. which is shared with two one bedroom free standing small homes. The house is about a mile from town, but the road to town is a bit busy and hot for walking in the day so a car is needed. The town of San Pietro is really vibrant at night with many Italian eateries. But the beach here is the main draw. It’s crystal clear , and the sandy shore stretches on for miles, which is not typical of Italian beaches. Giovanna is a lovely host who is super responsive and sweet. I would definitely return here again.

Die Villa von Giovanna ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen. Der jüngste in unserer Reisetruppe war sehr vom Pool angetan und der erst hatte große Freude an der Großzügigkeit der Räume, dem Garten und dem Grill. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis passt sehr gut. Check-In absolut unkompliziert. Giovanna hatte uns mit einem kleinen Willkommensgeschenk die Ankunft versüßt. Das nächste Dorf ist ca. 3 Autofahrminuten entfernt, genauso wie der nächste Strand. Der Standort ist perfekt um andere wundervolle Strände und Städte zu besuchen. Danke für die tolle Zeit. :)

We definitely felt that we picked well with Giovanna's villa. We were a large family with children and the villa was perfect. There living rooms are large and airy with toys for the children and comfy sofas etc. The bedrooms have air conditioning which was so necessary as we had a 10 week old baby and a toddler. Kitchen was well equipped for catering for lots of people and plenty indoor and outdoor eating areas. Outside the pool area is clean and very nicely appointed with sun loungers and pool floats for the children and essential shade amongst the trees with hammocks, we spent a lot of time there! We were attending a wedding near by and family were flying in from all parts of the world, Giovanna was invaluable in arranging taxis from airports and pick ups from the wedding venue. Giovanna's communications with us were faultless, nothing was too much trouble, and she made our stay one of our best family holidays. Thank you Giovanna.

We had a great time at Villa Patrizia. The stuff made us feel welcome and made sure we had all we needed, including a nice baby bed, not a travel one something that I appreciated, and a baby chair. They even had a lot of toys and a tiny playground in the garden. The garden and the pool are absolutely stunning and we were really able to relax and enjoy la dolce vita. The only thing that was not perfect is the lack of restaurants at walking distance, even if the host said that was due to the low season that everything was closed nearby. Anyway there were plenty of options less then 10 min by car. I can totally recommend staying here!
