Great spot for a week long work trip. Bed was comfortable, internet was fast. Easy food close and quiet neighborhood.

Despite the host being friendly and responsive, I’d recommend this property more for individuals without families. While the host agreed to let us check out the very next morning and refund us for the additional nights, Airbnb and cleaning fees were still charged. Conveniently located about 5 minutes from downtown, it lacks an upscale area. With two kids, we noticed neighbors looking into the house upon arrival. Around 6 pm, noisy trucks playing loud Spanish music entered the neighborhood, disturbing our newborn and contributing to noise from neighbors’ parties. The house is also noisy due to its proximity to Fruitville Road, a busy street. Notably, some reviews describe a different property with a pool, which this one lacks, so be aware that some reviews may not be for this specific property. In summary, it’s suitable for those seeking a downtown party atmosphere but falls short for families. Excellent host though.

Once again this home from Josh fulfilled all of our get away needs. All posted amenities were present. We fully enjoyed our stay and will trust Josh for our next get away!
