Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10-mins to the centre. The room was gorgeous, very comfortable bed and pillows with tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival. The shower was tricky to use and a bit temperamental but I managed to get a warm shower by turning the dial to the right and pressing on the third button. Breakfast was really lovely and plenty of choice, I had salmon and scrambled egg on sourdough toast, lots of cofee/tea and cereal available. Very friendly and help staff. I didn't get a reply when I messaged the host but staff were more than helpful.

Highly recommended, great value for money in a good location. Upgraded to a king size room and lovely breakfast with great service. I will definitely stay again.

Nice clean quiet place. Friendly host. Great location - right next to the sea side. And you even get breakfast. Very good value for the money. Would recommend to anyone visiting Falmouth.

I had a lovely stay at the Lerryn, I was greeted by a friendly lady at reception who wasted no time in looking for a room upgrade for me, I didn't even ask. Lone behold my single room was upgraded to king size bed! Absolutely awesome customer service. Room and ensuite bathroom were clean and had all the amenities, coffee, soap etc. To top it all off the breakfast in the morning was seriously on point, a delicious full English, proper coffee and friendly attentive breakfast staff. I will be sure to stay again, for a price you cannot bark at!
