Dhara's place is as amazing as it seems in the photos. Great views from Balcony and the workstation in the room. Spotless clean linen and washroom. Complete privacy. Highly rated restaurants around. Caretakers are sweet and help you in all possible ways. The stay is a lil away from husstle busstle if McLeod square yet close enough. I stayed at this property for the third time in last 2 years and still want to come back.

My recent stay at Hidden Loft hosted by Dhara was nothing short of fantastic. The hospitality extended by the staff (Milap) was truly exceptional throughout my stay. The rooms were not only clean thanks to Milap but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere by our host's. The attention to detail in ensuring guest comfort with thoughtful amenities provided. What stood out the most was that the staff (Milap) made sure we had everything we needed. The location of Dhara's place Hidden Loft co-hosted by Somipriyo was also perfect for a peaceful environment. It provided a tranquil escape while still being conveniently close to all main point of attraction in Macleod Ganj(Jimmy's Cafe, Bhagsu Temple, Shiva Cafe, Macllo, Main market, etc.) In summary, my stay at Hidden Loft was a delightful experience. If you're looking for a cozy haven with exceptional hospitality, this guest house is the perfect choice. Highly Recommended !! 🙂

Mon séjour d’une semaine s’est bien passé dans son ensemble. La vue est magnifique sur les montagnes himalayennes, l’accès à Macleodganj à pied est rapide (10min). Une épicerie ainsi que deux restaurants (un tibétain excellent, un européen tout aussi super) sont à 1min ce qui est très pratique. Le point qui a été négatif est surtout le bruit. La route derrière l’immeuble est très passagère, dans le quartier il y a beaucoup de travaux (dont certains sont nocturnes jusqu’à minuit), et parfois dans l’immeuble il y a avait des bruits métalliques sourds le soir tard comme si quelqu’un faisait des travaux jusqu’à minuit). L’hôte n’était pas Dhara mais Somipryio. Pas très réactif lorsque j’ai eu des questions avant mon arrivée, mais une fois sur place il a été toujours disponible. Les employés de nettoyage sont serviables et aimables. La propreté était un peu légère sur certains éléments (coins de sols, vitre salle de bain), linge impeccable. Un très bon spot pour découvrir le coin.

We were given a different apparent and not the one which we paid for. Worst part is the host did not even inform us about it. We realised that the house was much smaller and did not match the pictures we had booked for. That's when we called Somipriyo and he informed that the property we had booked for was given on lease and therefore he had to provide us a different accomodation.While a refund was provided for the difference, but such behaviour is not acceptable. Infact Somipriyo put the blame on the caretaker Milap and Dinesh that he had asked them to inform, but they must have forgotten. Moreover the house we were given had spider and dead flies all around. Overall a very bad experience. Not recommended at all. When asked Somipriyo that he should have cancelled that booking, he mentioned he didn't want to trouble the guests at the last moment, but this was no less. This was a one room only apartment with a kitchen and bed. No mirror except in bathroom. The bathroom had a foul smell.
