This was a great spot and has everything you need. Would love to stay here again. The one annoying thing is Evolve and the onsite manger don't communicate to each other. As a result you are left managing that communication if something goes wrong or have any questions. I also wished people responded via text instead of phone call. It's not always easy to receive phone calls in this day and age. The townhouses was beautiful and had everything our families needed. The rooms where clean, the space was large enough for our two families. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was working. Very convenient location to the grocery story and different restaurants.

Place was amazing, not too far from the mountain and had a bunch of places near by. House was stocked with everything you could need for a vacation. Definitely would recommend!!

Great spot for a group trip to Mammoth! Centrally located and nice that the space had three separate bathrooms. Each room and space was controlled by its own nest and the Wi-Fi worked well as did the hot water. The space could have been a bit cleaner (found some hairs in our shower) with the cost.

Cute place. Nice neighborhood. A few technical defects that the owners really need to look into. Garage door wasn't working, Front door smart lock stopped working after the second day. Those two things were pretty inconvenient as we had to try to figure out how to manage getting in and out with two families and only 1 physical key. Point of Contact also never got back to me with any of my messages, lol. The kids socks were black after running around the house on the first day which tells me that it wasn't cleaned too well. Mostly things that can be fixed or worked on. Overall, nice location and cozy house.

Second time staying at this location, and again, we enjoyed it. Will look to stay again. It is in a great location, behind Distant Brewing in town and next to a shuttle stop to get to mt. and village. Complex was very private and didn't seem to have many people staying in it. The instructions to get to, and access, the unit were easy to follow, making the logistics simple and easy. Rooms were nice and fairly clean, and having 3 bathrooms makes a huge difference. However, 1 of the bathrooms was not as clean as the others, it had residual hair in it. The garage had a heater in it, which doubled as a ski storage, and gearing up spot, very nice to have. Common areas were nice and large, so it did not feel cramped with 8 people. Spa was nice and clean, and private. For 3 nights, we were the only group using it. this was a huge bonus. 1 major problem, all of the dishes, pots and glasses had residual food on them that needed to be cleaned before use...
