Lovely place in the woods and good location for our purposes with a view onto woodlands and lots of pheasants roaming in the gardens. The property overall was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen for preparing and cooking food. The bedrooms and bathrooms were generally good and comfortable. All the arrangements were straightforward. Would certainly stay there again if the need arises.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break to the lodge. Tucked away- lovely and private. Impressed by the feel of the place. Very secure. Cannot fault Nicky's communication: incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of recommendations offered via message as well as in the ring binder of info about local attractions to visit. NT Cothele v close. Kids loved Adrenalin Quarry. Loved my morning coffee on the balcony (with my book and the woodpecker for company)! Would definitely visit again and would recommend to friends and family Thank you, Nicky for a brilliant break in your lovely home!

Lovely villa,just right for golf at St Mellion. Clean,tidy, and all equiped for the size of the villa. I will recommend to fellow golfers.

Nicolette was very helpful throughout our stay, including giving clear instructions on how to find the accommodation beforehand. Inside the property was lovely; clean, modern and tidy. The upside-down layout was perfect, allowing for lots of natural light in and seclusion from neighbours. Plenty of kitchen space and utensils if you want to cook for yourself (Waitrose and Lidl nearby). Alternatively, we found great places to eat out also, including a pub which was walking distance from the house. Great location in the middle of peacefulness. The golf resort looks spectacular, we didn’t go in as weather was great and we wanted to explore the area. Plenty to do and see with some lovely beaches and coastal walks a short car drive away. We had such a relaxing break and would definitely visit again
