We loved our 5-night stay in Sevilla. The location of this charming townhouse could not have been more perfect for visiting all of the major tourist sites that we first-time visitors wanted to see. Mostly everything was easily walkable including wonderful restaurants and an exciting flamenco tablao three doors down the street. Minor and cosmetic repairs to minor aspects of the place would rate our time here a perfect 10. It might be good to be aware that the bedroom that shares the same floor as the master was smaller than expected and has no closet, surfaces, or drawers to store clothing. There is abundant nearby space for this but it can’t be accessed without disturbing the folks in the bigger bedroom. That said: the beds were comfortable, the decoration tasteful, the elevator helpful, the hosts responsive, the location amazing (!) and we were very happy to call this spot home for a few days. ❤️

A beautiful place, but be aware that the bedroom on the bottom floor is on the street, and you can hear conversations from people on the street with perfect clarity - not a prpblem if you [lan on staying up late during your stay, but impossible to sleep if you go to bed before the sity does.

Amazing location and views from the terrace. Very spacious house. We found cockroaches on the bathroom and corridor. The terrace floor was full of mud, we had to clean it before using it.
