Abby’s Air BnB was just as advertised, roomy, clean, and well-maintained. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of Sarasota, with off-street parking and easy access. Two floor layout with kitchen, dining area, living room, and full size bathroom at ground level with two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Kitchen has full size, side by side refrigerator/freezer, glass top stove, and quiet dishwasher. Bedding was super comfortable and bedrooms were larger than expected with ample closet space. Two, very nice bathrooms. Full size washer and dryer set. The value of the location is how well-centered it is to everything in the area. We found great dining and shopping, beaches, & the airport within ten to fifteen minute driving distance. Abby was a super attentive host who responded to the few questions we had, promptly and courteously, and we appreciate her thoughtfulness in providing amenities. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

Was near close to local things for us to drive quickly too. Just stayed one night wished we stayed longer to use up all amenities. Spacious for all of us.

Abby was a wonderful host. Always responsive if we needed anything. Her place was super clean and it’s always so nice when a place you are staying at is squeaky clean. We made the place our home for 6 weeks and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Sarasota area.

Abby was a super friendly host! She was very quick at responding to any of our questions. The place was very clean and well-kept. If you decide to cook some meals, Abby provides everything you need! She also provides tide pods if you need to do laundry during your stay. We really enjoyed using the outdoor furniture and beach chairs that were provided. It was especially peaceful and private. Although the road and railroad tracks were right outside, we never had an issue with noise. The beach was only a 4.5 mile drive. Fast food and other places were a walkable distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Great value for the location! Biking distance to the heart of downtown Sarasota and 10-15 min drive to St Armands and Lido Beach. House is well stocked and clean. Abby is very sweet and so quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay!
