The space was just as described, I was pleasantly surprised that it was much larger than I expected. The host was great at welcoming us and was super responsive. Would stay again!

Loved the place and the neighborhood. Kara was responsive and gave great local recommendations. The decor was fun and stylish and my teen loved the sleeping nook and Harry Potter touches.

Went to Ballard to see some bands play at The Substation, needed a place to stay for the night afterwards. House is 3 blocks from the venue, bit of an uphill walk back to the house, but wasnt a problem for us. The basement apartment has everything you need for a short or extended stay, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Street parking wasnt too bad, you have to park either above, or below the apartment. We only spent the one night, but it worked perfect for us, and it was a nice place to stay.

I love staying at Karla's units - I have now stayed in both - love the area, atmosphere, and decor of the units and Karla has thought of everything a traveler may need on their journey. The Wizard/Muggle Scavenger hunt and the projector screen for watching a movie were appreciated bonuses!

Honestly one of the coolest places I have ever experienced through Airbnb. The attention to detail throughout the space it top notch. I will be trying to stay there every time I visit Seattle!
