We loved staying at Carole’s place. A beautiful light and airy house, right on the river with stunning views. A really unique situation and experience. It’s within walking distance/short drive of Hampton Court. The local village had a plentiful choice of eateries and shops including a bakery. It’s an easy train ride into central London from the station in the village. Carole is a charming host who looked after us extremely well. She gave us lots of tips on local amenities and places to visit. Carole largely lives in the upstairs part of the house so most of the time we had the use of the whole downstairs including the lounge and our own bathroom. The bed was extremely comfy. We felt really at home, warm, relaxed and welcome. Thank you so much Carole.

We only stayed one night but the accommodation was wonderful and beautiful views over the Thames.
